  • ICC Anti-corruption clauses that can be used in offset contracts | This clause prepared by the International Chamber of Commerce’s (ICC) Commission on Corporate Social Responsibility and Anti-corruption and its Commission on Commercial Law and Practice is for companies to include in their agreements to show that “parties commit to complying with ICC Rules on Combating Corruption or commit to put in place and maintain a corporate anti-corruption compliance programme”.
