
THE EUROPEAN CLUB FOR COUNTERTRADE & OFFSET
The European Club for Countertrade and Offset (ECCO) is an Association incorporated under French law and established in 2010. It aims to bring together parties involved in Offsets, Industrial Participation and/or countertrade activities.
WHAT IS OFFSET?
Offset refers to a specific kind of  contractual obligations applying to major international public procurement  markets, such as markets in the fields of defence, energy, transport,  telecommunications or other kinds of infrastructure. Under such obligations,  the supplier commits in creating or transferring added-value in its  customer’s country.
